Arisu Korean BBQ – Edmonds in BC is looking for Experienced Restaurant Manager

Company: Arisu Korean BBQ – Edmonds

Position: Restaurant Manager, Permanent, Full-time

Work Location: 7328 Edmonds Street Burnaby, BC V3N 0G7

Wage and working hours: $36.80 per hour, 30 hours per week

Main Responsibilities:

– Plan and organize daily operations

– Plan and control budget and inventory

– Monitor staff performance

– Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget

– Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

– Resolve customers’ complaints or concerns

Qualification:

– 3 years of experience in food service sector including some supervisory experience

– Secondary education or higher

– Ability to communicate in English

– Able to work on weekends
