Job description
Swiss Chalet in Scarborough is seeking a Restaurant Operations and Service Manager to oversee and evaluate day-to-day restaurant operations in a high-volume dine-in, take-out, catering, and delivery environment. This role requires advanced operational leadership in staffing, inventory control, service coordination, food safety compliance, and cost management.
