Starsky Fine Foods Inc. located at  3115 Dundas Street West in Mississauga, Ontario, is seeking 1 experienced butcher for their supermarket’s meat department. This is a permanent full-time position with an hourly wage of 20.00.

Skill Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience:  Minimum 1 year of experience

Tasks:

Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
Wrap and package prepared meats
Remove bones from meat
Weigh meats for sale
Cut poultry into parts
Price meat products
Sell meats to customers
Slice cooked meats
Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and 􀀁sh products
Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
