Permanent Full Time 40 hours per week $18 per hour 1 Vacancy Sizzing Wok is looking for a team member with great abilities to oversee and direct the activities for food service production and daily/weekly activities. An individual who can pay attention to the details and have great command of verbal skills with the team to ensure daily operations are followed correctly. These include: .MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise, and coordinate preparation of food orders, and prepare food summaries for kitchen staff to follow through on a daily basis. Ensure portion control and quality control of food is done correctly on a daily basis. Establish work schedules and procedures. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation on a weekly basis. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline OR minimum two years of experience in food preparation or service and completion of secondary education.
